Make sure any vehicles needed are moved before we arrive. 

We recommend waiting at least 48 hours after sealing before any landscaping or pressure cleaning takes place nearby.

Wait at least 48 hours before allowing vehicles back on the sealed surface. Avoid sharp turns or sudden braking for the first few days.

Please turn off your irrigation system the day we’re cleaning and sealing to prevent delays or issues.

While not stain-proof, sealed surfaces resist stains and give you more time to clean spills before they absorb.

We recommend sealing maintenance every 2–3 years to keep your surface looking its best.

Pavers can be walked on approximately 4 hours after sealing. For travertine, we recommend waiting until the next morning.

Yes! The sealer is non-toxic, and swimming can resume the next day after running the pool system overnight.
